3 kg-All in One Wildflower Perennial Seed Mixture-B643-Beautiful Perennial Mixture
A natural for the gardener seeking long term results. This very rich mix contains a blend of hardy perennial wildflowers that will provide a rainbow of color year after year. This is the right mixture to establish where flowers are needed to come back year after year. Perennial flowers are often drought-resistant and very winter hardy, so they can be relied upon for blooms season after season. This blend includes perennials that open at various times of the season, too. So there is always something in bloom.
Planting Direction: Sow seed in a sunny or partially shaded location in early spring after the danger of frost has passed or early summer. Clear the area to be planted. Loosen soil to a depth of 5cm (2”) with a rake or hoe. Smooth soil surface by raking. Evenly scatter the seed mixture over the prepared area. Lightly rake again to create a good seed/ soil contact. Keep seed seedbed moist. Lightly water immediately after sowing, using a water spray. Avoid puddling. Keep seed seedbed moist until the seedlings are well established. Continue to water periodically as needed. Each fall, remove dead seed stalks and excessive plant material to a height of 10-13 cm (4”-5”) to allow reseeding of any viable seeds.
